Madi Laughlin is a Wichita native who specializes in musical theatre performance, embodied vocal accuracy and power, and songwriting. She graduated from WSU in 2021, and has lived and performed in many places. Currently, Madi assistant teaches band and orchestra for Northeast Magnet High School, and elementary music integration through Arts Partners. You can find Madi performing at least once per week, and they would love to connect you to performance opportunities!

Personally, Madi is in two music projects, Yaouei (Swiss-based ethereal folk) and Sunblush (Wichita-based prairie fem folk), and writes and records their own personal music. You may have seen Madi perform at Kirby's, Barleycorns, Harvester Arts, Norton's, The Furnace, or Prairie Pines Playhouse.

Madi specializes in helping students to conquer stage fright and performance anxieties while also expanding their range, finding healthy vocal placements, and developing authentic personal sound or character voice when needed. She would be honored to help you find your voice!
